Questions
Do I need to stay online?
After importing a valid certificate, you can work offline until expiry. Account access and downloads need a connection.
What happens at expiry?
New authoring, generation and export stop. Running operations finish; open work can still be inspected and safely saved. Exported macros and Companion controls keep working.
How does an extension work?
Download and import a replacement certificate when issued. Updating or reinstalling does not extend your license.
Which release should I install?
Install a beta release for your platform. Stable releases require a separate license.
